Interim Finance Director

I'm looking for an Interim Finance Director who is available to start a new challenge at short notice.

This role is within a private equity backed business which has undergone extensive change in the past 12 months culminating in the sale of part of the group. For this reason, experience of the relevant processes and due diligence around this is essential along with strong technical knowledge.

You'll be managing a small team and their day to day activities but don't need to be in the office 5 days a week as they are working on a hybrid basis.

Key priorities for this role are as follows:

• Closing sale of one entity
• Audit & year end close
• Managing & monitoring finance team (5 people)
• Working with MD and other senior Management to provide commercial input & financial information as required

Prior exposure to a manufacturing or engineering SME would be beneficial.
