Meraki Talent's client is a highly respected and specialist Asset Management Group who are seeking an individual to work as part of their RFP team - role will be a hybrid of working out of their London offices based in the West End of London and working remotely.
The person appointed will be undertaking responsibilities focusing upon:
  • Completing and/or coordinating Request for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other external client-related requests.
  • Supporting the update of existing content
  • Managing own pipeline of client and product specific projects as agreed
  • Leading team members in coordinating and executing proposal submissions
  • Co-ordinating, and occasional leading the creation of new content for use in proposal
  • Providing information for inclusion in financial publications/journals and for award submissions
  • Providing assistance and guidance in the analysis of competitor products and activities
Applicants should ideally offer at least 3-5 years' experience of writing RFPs within an Asset Management environment ideally across both institutional and retail business - this experience could be in a focused RFP role or gained as part of an Investor Relations, Client Reporting or Investment Writing role. A good knowledge of global financial markets and products such as equity, fixed income, alternatives etc. is key but most important is a genuine desire to work in a focused RFP role as part of a global business.
