Senior Business Analyst - Fixed Income & FX Electronic Trading

• Must have capital markets trading technology experience working for an investment bank, investment manager, trading venues, or technology provider
• Business Analysis, Agile, and Project Management (IIBA, BCS, Prince2) certifications are an advantage

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

• Experience in electronic and voice trading, P/O/EMS (Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, CRD, FlexTrade, SimCorp, Thinkfolio, TradingScreen) and venue integrations
• Domain expert in Fixed Income and or FX trading, including single/multi-leg/List trading workflows, market structure, strategies, and staged order, RFQ and Click to Trade trading models
• Experience of working with the main trading venues, Bloomberg TSOX/ALLQ and FXGO, MarketAxess, Tradeweb, Liquidnet, and FXall.
• Experience of Fixed Income products (Corp, Gov, EM, Muni, SSA, IRS/OIS, CDS/X, IR Futures/Options), and/or FX products (Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, OTC Options, FX Futures/Options, SPs)
• Experience in Lean/Agile software development process and the ability to create user stories, scope, and manage test cycles
• Experience with conducting requirements gathering, process flows/mapping, prioritisation, estimations, backlog/sprint monitoring
• Experience of data mapping, modelling and analysis techniques including relational databases and SQL skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native computing concepts
• Experience with FIX and REST APIs, and associated messaging, mappings and workflow design
