About our client
This fund is a fast growing UK focused growth and venture capital investor with plenty of capital to back entrepreneurs. It's looking to hire a Portfolio Manager to be part of a small team. You will help monitor and actively work with a number of portfolio companies, provide further funding where necessary, and ultimately help them achieve an exit.

This is a fund on an upward trajectory, and this is a great time to be joining.
What the job involves

• Work alongside management teams to create growth in portfolio companies
• Provide additional capital to companies where needed to fuel further growth
• Help position and ultimately achieve exits
• Assist in monitoring company and fund performance, and help with quarterly reporting

Who we are looking for

• This role would suit an ACA (or equivalent) qualified accountant with experience of working in transaction services, restructuring, M&A or valuations teams
• Experience of working with UK SME's, and a passion for high growth businesses
• A background in, or good understanding in a number of sectors including but not limited to; technology, consumer, education, and healthcare
