We are looking for an Investment Analyst who has 1-2 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Industry in UK (must!). This role will be permanent/full-time, office based role and the office is in Crawley / West Sussex (candidates would be able to commute to this area!). Unfortunately, the client is not able to provide sponsorship so candidates should have valid right to work in UK.

Responsibilities:
- Investment Appraisals
- Preparation & Collation of Investment Memorandums
- Liaising internally to finalise:
- Planning summary
- Construction costs to feature in the appraisal
- Housing / income summary
- Exit values
- External liaising:
- Valuation
- Funders
- Lawyers
- Model and analyse transactions with the Investment and Asset Management team
- Support the Operations Director in running and developing fund and asset management models
- Develop presentation / IM materials to the Investment Committee and fund investors
- Produce analytics and market research for assessment of new investments and strategies
- Contribute to the development and implementation investment strategies and individual assets
- Build and maintain relationships to acquire real estate market insights from external sources such as lenders, appraisers, brokers, and research professionals.
- Prepare investment memorandum, general marketing materials, etc
- Review legal documents and other materials as part of the due diligence process
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly numerical individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to write and communicate in a structured manner.
- Driven and ambitious individual with a track record which supports this.
- Good sense of humour and humble hands-on attitude towards work.
- Relevant work experience from in Real Estate industry is mandatory.
To apply the role:
- You should have related experience in Real Estate in UK min 1 year, so should live in UK for a while
- Do not need a sponsorship as the client will not be able to provide a sponsorship
- Could commute to Crawley every week days as this is an office base role
