We are looking for an Investment Analyst who has 1-2 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Industry. This role will be permanent/full-time, office based role and the office will be in Crawley / West Sussex. Unfortunately, the client is not able to provide sponsorship so candidates should have valid right to work in UK.

Responsibilities:
- Investment Appraisals

- Liaising internally to finalise:
- Planning summary
- Construction costs to feature in the appraisal

- External liaising:

- Lawyers
- Model and analyse transactions with the Investment and Asset Management team
- Support the Operations Director in running and developing fund and asset management models
- Develop presentation / IM materials to the Investment Committee and fund investors
- Produce analytics and market research for assessment of new investments and strategies
- Contribute to the development and implementation investment strategies and individual assets
- Build and maintain relationships to acquire real estate market insights from external sources such as lenders, appraisers, brokers, and research professionals.
- Prepare investment memorandum, general marketing materials, etc
- Review legal documents and other materials as part of the due diligence process
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly numerical individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to write and communicate in a structured manner.
- Driven and ambitious individual with a track record which supports this.
- Good sense of humour and humble hands-on attitude towards work.
- Relevant work experience from in Real Estate industry is mandatory.
