Who we are looking for
As Head of EMEA Technology Client Service we are looking for individuals that have experience within Production Management as well as client engagement. This individual will need to be comfortable in presentations with clients as well as to drive initiatives on behalf of clients internally. The individual would be expected to implement an Operating Model in support of their client base.

What you will be responsible for
As Head of EMEA Technology Client Service you will
  • Implement a Program/Process across Production Management to support Hypercare Clients
  • Meeting with Clients on a Monthly Basis to update them on progress in addressing their issues/concerns
  • Working internally across towers to ensure proper controls/monitoring is in place in support of hypercare clients
  • Implement an onboarding/offboarding process for hypercare clients
  • Produce Status Decks for both internal and external use including progress on issues, KPIs, etc.
  • Work closely with Business teams to ensure a consistent approach for Hypercare clients
