The Finance Analyst focuses on analysis, planning, and forecasting for current assets and new acquisitions, including an array of sustainable investments, pushing for a sustainable future, along with the development of unique and profitable assets across the UK.

The Finance Analyst focuses on analysis, planning, and forecasting for current assets and new acquisitions, including an array of sustainable investments, pushing for a sustainable future, along with the development of unique and profitable assets across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the FP&A team by providing analysis and interpretation of enterprise-wide performance for the Board and other stakeholders
- Preparing financial forecasts and supporting the annual budgeting and business planning process, challenging actual quarterly performance
- Responsible for payroll accounting, including managing monthly payroll and ad-hoc analysis, handling information confidentially
- Developing and measuring meaningful financial and operational metrics to support their growing business model
- Identifying and implementing business efficiencies and improvements, through automation and simplification
- Use Anaplan budgeting and planning system expertly, optimising its use and analytical capabilities
- Collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues across functions whilst acting as a trusted business partner
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
- Real Estate experience
- Financial reporting and quantitative analysis experience
- Knowledge of using integrated finance systems, exceptional Microsoft Excel skills and building complex financial models
- Analytically minded
