Working Arrangement: 3 days in the office once every 2 weeks.
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 plus excellent bonuses and pension.

- Oversee Junior Analysts to ensure regulatory reporting processes are completed to the highest level of quality and maintain a best-in-class risk and controls environment. The regulatory reporting processes include but are not limited to; MiFID II costs and charges, PRIIPs risk and performance, UCITS KIIDs, Money Market Fund Reporting, and ESG disclosures.
- Builds relationships with internal partners in Product, Legal, Compliance, Distribution and Finance teams.
- Interprets the regulations and manages regulatory reporting projects with high complexity.
- Maintains broad knowledge and awareness of current product events and manages the impacts they may have to the team's responsibilities.
- Develops and enhances the regulatory reporting processes to reflect and incorporate latest industry working group guidance.
- Demonstrates accountability for vendor relationships including service level agreements, key performance indicators and alignment with enterprise governance and oversight frameworks.
- Trains, coaches, and mentors a small team of Junior Regulatory Reporting Analysts.
Essential:
- Minimum 4 year's experience in a regulatory reporting team, experience with MIFID II, PRIIPS, UCITS, KIIDs, etc.
Desirable:
- Direct asset management experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
