Key responsibilities:
Required Skills:
- Based in either London, Dublin, or Singapore
- Managing the production of complete, accurate and timely reports to a high-level, ensuring all agreed deadlines are met.
- Updating and providing quality assurance (QA) over 'periodic' and ad-hoc reporting materials, such as factsheets, commentaries and client data requests.
- Conduct data analysis to identify data requirements.
- Validate information and apply the appropriate analytical technique to report results to stakeholders (clients, third parties, management and colleagues).
- Embrace a procedural and governance focused mindset to ensure tasks are clearly defined and documented, enabling the delivery of high quality and timely reports using enhanced production controls.
- Identify efficiency gaps in current reporting production and utilize advanced knowledge of Excel to contribute to the automation and improving processes within the team.
- Work with areas of expertise around the business to manage routine and / or complex ad-hoc queries, data requests and changes.
Required Skills:
- Experience within Client Reporting or similar reporting function within the Investment Management industry.
- Good level of Investment Management technical knowledge, specifically data, systems and reporting processes.
- Basic understanding of investment products across pooled structures (including UCITS and non-UCITS).
- Relevant demonstrable experience of analytical role at a similar level.
- Excellent data manipulation skills;
- Comfortable with high-level Fund analysis / portfolio level investment data analytics.
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using third party financial data vendor systems (e.g Bloomberg).
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to deliver high level of accuracy.
- Investigative in nature and possess the ability to constantly question things.
- Strong client-centric focus, adhering to tight report deadlines.
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities.
- Work to and promote best practice.
- Proactive and ability to work on your own initiative whilst retaining a flexible approach and embracing the ability to work and deliver as part of a team.
- Experience of understanding and servicing client bespoke reporting requirements.
- Ability to work across time zones and in a multicultural setting.
