An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Global Financial Planning and Analysis team within Macquarie Asset Management, which comprises Macquarie Private Markets and Macquarie Public Investments. Our Asset Management group is a full-service asset manager, providing clients with access to a diverse range of capabilities and products including infrastructure, real assets, equities, fixed income, liquid alternatives, and multi-asset investment management solutions.
Join Macquarie Asset Management as an Executive within the Financial Planning & Analysis team.
As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, which is responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis strategy, you will be responsible for the maintenance and data management of the teams' multiple models, including management of key macros. You will drive process change on the team, building new best practice models and bespoke reporting to provide analysis and insight to the Macquarie Asset Management business.
Your technical skills and qualifications will include a degree/diploma in a relevant field. You will also have 2-4 years' experience a Data Management, Analytics or Financial Consultancy/ Advisory position. Experience building visual reports using business intelligence tool. Confidence and ability to transform and analyse large volume of data You will have strong technical skills with extensive experience using Excel including VBA and data models. Experience with Power BI, Anaplan, Alteryx or similar also viewed favourably.

- Knowledge of modelling best practice
- An understanding of accounting and financial concepts
- Ability to describe complex technical issues in a clear and non-technical way
- Experience in writing or reviewing VBA code
- Experience of project management from define scope to sign off a deliverables
