What the job involves
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of potential transactions
- Conducting detailed due diligence and assisting with deal execution and transaction management
- Financial modelling including company valuation analysis, private equity fund analysis and transaction structure modelling
- Conducting desk research for marketing, deal sourcing and fundraising
- Keeping up to date on portfolio performance, including forecasting, commentary, and putting together other investment information for internal monitoring purposes
Who we are looking for
- You will have analyst-level M&A advisory experience from a leading investment bank
- Excellent financial modelling skills, developed through exposure to M&A and private equity
- Demonstrable knowledge of and interest in the private equity secondaries market
- Interested in quantitative analysis and detail-orientated work
