A candidate who can collaborate across STT/CRD products and services, who represents the STT enterprise culture traits and behaviors in order to deliver the Alpha solution to our clients. The Alpha Implementation team in EMEA reports into the Alpha Platform and Solutions team.

What you will be responsible for
As Alpha Implementation Solution Design Lead you will:
  • Explain the State Street Alpha front and middle office integration and architecture in client engagement
  • Navigate complex client relationships as well as building strong business relationships and managing expectations with client stakeholders
  • Conduct workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis and creation of documentation to support Alpha implementation efforts
  • Leverage the pre contract service definition documentation to drive out the detail during implementation including the client specific nuances and touchpoints.
  • Work with the Business architecture / product leads to define the Client business requirements and solution - translating this to test cases and client specific procedures/ controls as required during the implementation
  • Provide regular status updates and supporting project management reports as directed
  • Drive consensus and optimization of project solutions in alignment with client needs, project milestones and STT priorities
  • Owns cross-project effort estimations and solutioning
  • Execution of the Alpha solution through the program implementation

Additional Requirements
  • Ability to travel to client site +/-60% domestic and/or international


Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry
  • Microsoft Office suite experience
