Investment Associate

We are looking for an Associate to join our high performing Investment team. You will participate in, and contribute to, all aspects of the deal process with responsibility for the initial quantitative and qualitative analysis of GP-led and fund book transactions. Based in our Mayfair office, you will report to the Investment Team COO with exposure to the full deal cycle and an opportunity to learn from a well-respected team.

Essential Experience:

• 18 months - 3 years of relevant experience within a relevant industry (you will have completed your analyst training or equivalent) including;
  • private equity
  • special situations
  • liquid loans / HY
  • M&A / corporate finance
• Good transactional experience
• Strong analytical abilities
• Strong financial and business modelling skills

Desirable Experience:

• Knowledge of the secondaries market for private assets
