A P roject Admin Officer will be responsible to provide project management assistance /support to Project Man a gers, Workstream Leads and Client Executive with Project Management activities.

What you will be responsible for

As a Project Admin Officer, you will

  • Ensure Project Governance both internally and with the client at individual workstream s is adhered too
  • Assist with keeping track of project budgets and project expenditures
  • A rrange internal stakeholder and external client meetings
  • Co-ordinate/ produce regular reporting updates and meeting materials
  • Produce minutes for key governance meetings
  • Manage team administration including building access, assisting the on-boarding of new joiners and other project related administrative activities
  • Review project p lans for responsible workstreams to manage internal and external parties
  • Pro-actively ensure risk s and issues are appropriately captured , managed and reported to closure

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years Project Manager experience
  • Minimum 2 years Financial Services experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project / PowerPoint
