Senior Marketing Campaign Executive - Contract - Crawley (Remote Working)

Robert Half are working with a really exciting company. They are a not-for-profit organisation who are changing the pensions industry by putting their customers and clients over profits! They are looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Executive to join their Marketing team, supporting general content strategy and execution.

Overview

Help create innovative and impactful marketing campaigns that achieve objectives and generate value for and from customers. Contribute to a marketing centre of excellence with a strong understanding of and focus on digital culture and capability.
Lead, plan and deliver marketing campaigns that attract and retain target customers across the brand, products, channels customer groups in line with business strategy, departmental goals, team priorities, internal policies, legislation and regulation.
A champion for marketing best practice, collaboration and continuous improvement, the Senior Marketing Campaigns Executive works with colleagues in the team, department and wider business to meet customer needs and contribute to the growth and development of the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Organises and drives insight and evidence led, targeted, value for money, innovative and effective integrated multi-channel campaigns that deliver commercial targets
  • Ensures consistency and synergy across the organisation's brand, products, projects, channels and customers
  • Shares professional skills and technical knowledge within the team and the wider department
  • Builds effective working relationships with other areas of the business so that the needs and responsibilities of marketing are understood
  • Leads and manages the team's central shared plan of marketing campaign activity, ensuring all campaigns are included and kept up to date
  • Creates and maintains a record of requirements from the rest of the business for marketing delivery and advice including when and how they are met by the team
  • Creates and maintains a record of SLAs, KPIs and metrics for the Marketing Campaigns team and works with the Marketing Operations team to ensure they are included in Departmental analysis and reporting
  • Creates and maintains a record of data and analytics used to evaluate marketing campaigns
  • Works with the Marketing Operations team to collate and record any requirements from the Marketing Campaigns team for market audits, customer research and marketing analytics
  • Uses agreed processes, systems, tools and techniques and where relevant helps to introduce improvements to help meet business needs more effectively and achieve better customer outcomes
  • Represents the Marketing Campaigns team as required in project meetings
  • Supports the Head of Marketing Campaigns and the rest of the team as required to draft and distribute reporting on activity and outcomes
  • Leads on defined activity as required
  • Mentors and coaches the Marketing Campaign Executives and wider team to upskill and knowledge share
  • Deputises for the Customer Marketing Managers, Money Marketing Manager and Health Marketing Manager as required

Requirements (Essential)
  • Educated to A level or equivalent
  • Relevant professional qualifications/training e.g. CIM
  • Experience of marketing campaigns
  • Experience of working with record management, report writing, campaign planning
  • Good knowledge of marketing theory and practice
  • Knowledge of B2B or B2C marketing
  • Recent experience of working on creative and impactful marketing
  • Experience of using customer insight and marketing analytics
  • Experience of working in a project environment
  • Passion for the brand and its products
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly collaborative working style

Requirements (Desirable)
  • Marketing degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of UK financial services market and products
  • Experience of marketing for a pension or occupational health
  • scheme
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment
  • Experience of working in a matrixed team
  • Experience of coaching or mentoring colleagues
  • Understanding of demand generation methodologies
  • Digital and data native familiar with a wide range of information
  • technologies
