Associate - M&A Execution, US investment bank

We are looking to make a plug and play hire, so the individual must be competent at leading the execution of transactions. The team has successfully executed transactions in Consumer/Retail, Industrials, FIG, Business Services, TMT, Healthcare and Real Estate. For the right individual, this opportunity offers a route to VP and beyond. The team has a large Analyst pool and experience of managing, training and developing junior banking resource is also incredibly important.

We are keen to connect with suitable candidates at the Associate level:

• Investment bankers in sector teams wanting to operate as Generalists/gain exposure outside of their current expertise
• Mid-market investment bankers (at firms with limited deal flow) wanting to join a US investment bank with incredible deal flow
