twentyAI has partnered with a world-renowned financial services firm who are looking for a project manager to join their change management function. In this role, you will be leading business change across their banking capital markets and commercial real estate initiatives.

twentyAI has partnered with a world-renowned financial services firm who are looking for a project manager to join their change management function. In this role, you will be leading business change across their banking capital markets and commercial real estate initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day support for strategic planning and change management efforts across business growth, business improvement, and strategic operation models.
- Manages strategic initiatives as part of business change book of work including Run the Bank (RtB), as well as components of large-scale, Change the Bank (CtB) change programs delivered in accordance with Enterprise Change Management (ECM) policies and procedures.
- Serve as the trusted subject matter expert to change initiatives, business sponsors and business COOs
- Partner with key stakeholders across the CIB international, especially the BCM & CRE businesses
- Preliminary analysis to determine the most appropriate solution to achieve strategic goals, through detailed analysis of the business need, feasibility studies, benchmark/trade-off analysis, and development of high-level business requirements.
- Working with end-users, and testers, to help develop use cases and analyse defects to support fixes and enhancements when assigned to larger change projects.
- Creation and execution of test scripts to ensure configuration, system and process changes are in line with documented requirements.
Key skills
- Previous experience as a business analyst or project manager within banking capital markets is necessary
- Experience in commercial real estate is desirable
- Awareness of financial services regulations in EMEA is essential, and exposure to other regional regulations is desirable
- Experience in portfolio or complex programme management in both agile and waterfall environments
- Experience in business process modelling and mapping is needed
- Successful track record of change management
