About our client
The Marketing and Client Relations team has responsibility for raising assets and maintaining relationships with investors, and it is looking to take on a Client Relations Analyst/Associate.
What the job involves
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the sales team and to prospective investors/consultants
  • Building relationships with existing investors
  • Supporting the fundraising cycles, i.e. preparation of high-quality marketing materials such as standard fund overview presentation decks, PPMs, RFPs and DDQs for client proposals and meetings
  • Utilising key fund and market level statistics to develop the market positioning of strategies / product range and communicating findings both verbally and in written marketing materials
  • Organising investor update calls and producing / organising the annual AGMs for strategies
  • Supporting and at times leading the fundraise process, including monitoring of the investor pipeline and communicating this to senior management
Who we are looking for
  • Experienced with a strong academic background
  • A sound understanding of the private markets, ideally with prior exposure to real estate, private debt or private equity
  • Commercially and financially literate, demonstrating strong numerical and oral communication skills; excellent written and presentation skills
  • Demonstration of an exceptional level of attention to detail
  • Able to interact with senior management and clients
  • A team player with an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Pro-active, confident and self-motivated; ability to problem solve
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
