Meraki Talent have been retained by a boutique organisation to recruit a permanent Corporate Finance & Investment Associate based in the United Kingdom paying £70,000 - £100,000 base salary with up to 50% bonus and a strong benefits package.

The Role
The role of Corporate Finance & Investment Associate is newly created role due to continued growth and expansion of the organisation. It's a 360 role with the exposure and visibility on offer second to none, but due to the lean nature of the business that does create a requirement to roll the sleeves up on occasions. It's planned to hire a newly qualified individual at in the near future to remove some of the more menial tasks, which could/should present this existing role being upgraded to a managerial position.

A huge attraction factor of this role should be the Director of Investments as their pedigree is exceptional. Furthermore, they are a true leader in every sense and their mentoring capabilities to ensure an individual reaches & exceeds their full potential is fantastic.

On Offer
The position of Corporate Finance & Investment Associate is location agnostic so can be based anywhere within the UK. There is a slight preference to have this based in either London or the central belt of Scotland (Edinburgh & Glasgow). The position will offer:
  • £70,000 - £100,000 base salary

Candidate Profile
We are keen to engage with corporate finance professionals with at least 3 years+ experience, ideally CA or CFA qualified. Its essential the individual has strong financial modelling capabilities and ideally renewable energy exposure, worst care scenario energy sector experience. The employer is willing to entertain the experience from a variety of backgrounds including Big Four, PE/VC house, renewable energy company or another boutique organisation.
