Required Skills and experience - show us these in your application:
You have experience of Project Management including definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects.
You know how to do project control, change control, and ensure risk management and testing processes are maintained.
You can plan, prioritise and manage dependencies using data to inform decisions.
You communicate with stakeholders and suppliers in a clear, honest and enthusiastic way, to build trust and explain complex issues.
You know how to build and maintain relationships so that you can challenge effectively, and get the job done.
Familiar with multiple IT frameworks (Agile, Waterfall).

Our Technology Services team provide the foundations upon which digital services for DWP are developed and operate. Our purpose is to deliver secure, effective and cost-efficient digital infrastructure services and to run live IT operations that support DWP business objectives. We do this by putting users and quality of service at the heart of what we do.
Our team is made up of 1,500 colleagues working collaboratively across 10 portfolio-led teams in a fast-moving environment.

In return for your skills, we offer pay up to £59,589 per annum
We have all the tools and tech we need to enable our people to work flexibly. We work a hybrid model, with home working about 60% of the time.
You'll be eligible for a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 27.9%.
For a starting salary of £59,000, for example, that would mean DWP put over £16,000 in your pension pot each year.
You also get a generous leave package starting at 26 days, plus all the usual bank holidays, and the option to take extra days off on flexi leave.
