Reporting to the Head of Responsible Investment you will assist in implementing and overseeing our policies on voting and engagement. You will maintain effective day to day oversight of shareholder voting ensuring voting is aligned with our policies, and maintain records supporting voting, engagement, monitoring and due diligence activities. You will support the further implementation of the integration of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) factors into investment decision making across internally and externally managed assets. You will also assist in meeting the requests of client funds for direct support and advice on stewardship and RI.

We'd like our Responsible Investment Analyst to be able to demonstrate an understanding of ESG issues, proxy voting, engagement, and RI. Ideally with experience of working as an ESG / RI analyst or a corporate governance or voting specialist at a fund manager, broker or service provider.

With excellent analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative, you will demonstrate planning, organisation, data management and administrative capabilities and have good communication skills. You will be a pro-active, self-motivated team player with the ability to manage a sometimes large and variable workload and be willing to assist and support other team members when required.
