Associate - TMT (Telecoms & Digital Infrastructure) - Investment Banking

Supporting a dedicated team of 6 (and supplemented by a pool of M&A Analysts) you will take a critical role in the following:

You will be undertaking company valuations and financial modelling (DCF, LBO, merger models, cap structure analysis)
Performing research and analysis of industries/companies, and developing marketing ideas and materials
Supporting the development of junior team members, providing guidance and direction on workflow
Preparing marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation
Providing support to senior professionals, developing and maintaining client relationships, and assisting in the generation of new business opportunities
Providing project management support to senior team members

Desired profile:

Proven Investment Banking experience and thorough financial analysis experience gained at an investment bank, sector aligned corporate or accounting firm
Telecoms and affiliated sector experience is desirable but my client welcomes applications from strong associate (any level) bankers who are interested in specialising in this field
Extensive experience in preparing presentation materials and advanced financial modelling skills
Detailed knowledge of valuation techniques, due diligence, documentation, and in executing debt, equity and M&A transactions
