Job Purpose Statement
Where you'll fit in & what our team goals are...
This role sits within Product and 3rd Party Reporting team which is responsible for delivery reporting on CTI pooled fund range for retail, wholesale and institutional clients as well as 3rd party data platforms. The purpose of this role is to manage relationship with the main 3rd party data platforms, Fund Supermarkets, Rating Agencies like Morningstar, FEFundinfo, Bloomberg etc. by establishing regular service/governance meetings, track issues and incidents, develop quality data controls of CTI data displayed by 3rd Parties, understand downstream data feeds to other platforms and automate CTI data.
Role Responsibilities
How you'll spend your time...
• Perform periodic/ad hoc information dissemination and reporting to key 3rd party platforms (such as GFIs, Data Vendors, Fund Supermarkets, Rating Agencies, etc.) and websites ensuring our pooled fund data (prices, dividends, holdings, documents, static data, etc.) are accurately reflected so that end client is in no way misled or misinformed.
• Establish data quality assurance and control processes with 3rd Party data vendors to ensure our data and documents are reflected accurately.
• Develop automated data feeds through interfaces, data lakes and reporting marts to 3rd Party data platforms
• Maintain and enhance relationships with 3rd Party data platforms, establish regular service meetings and governance including SLA and metrics data
• Help develop Global Strategy for engagements with 3rd Party data platforms in alignment with Distribution, Marketing and Client Services, define ownerships and responsibilities.
• Responsible for proactive identify issues and develop a well thought out and viable solutions taking risks and controls into consideration
• Provide timely and effective communication to management and stakeholders.
Key Capabilities
To be successful in this role you will have...
• Established experience in the asset management or 3rd Party data platform industry
• Good knowledge of pooled fund products (OEICs/SICAVs)
• Comfortable engaging with multiple teams and coordinating process improvements
• Self-starter who is comfortable conducting and taking lead in meetings
• Strong ability to work across multiple levels of leadership. Comfortable working in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and priority setting
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, reach conclusions, and take action within a dynamic and active environment with little advanced notice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Morningstar Direct, FE Analytics, Bloomberg platforms
• Experience working in a global team
