Senior Client Analyst supports client meetings and communication but also provides commercial and financial support and varied client related projects

What you will be responsible for
As Senior Client Analyst you will
  • Support the Global Client Division team on a daily basis
  • Organize, manage and sometimes lead client calls
  • Facilitate and manage ad hoc client requests
  • Manage client monthly presentations and reports
  • Support strategic client account planning and maintenance of account plans
  • Provide project management of client led revenue expansion initiatives - including communicating, tracking and facilitating open items and issues
  • Support of financial processes, such as deal team, billing, invoicing
  • Support the contractual processes
  • Support Salesforce
  • Support client meetings and communication: requires managing client meetings and calls, support with presentation decks, client communication, executive briefings and coordination of client requests.
  • Commercial and financial support: requires support for client strategic account plans, fee renegotiations, managing the fee approval process, salesforce management and data aggregation.
  • Support varied client related projects: requires strong project management and organisational skills.
