What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Senior Pension Analyst to support the reward team in administering the group's pension arrangements, promoting our pension provision and financial wellbeing initiatives to the wider business, liaising with external stakeholders, and being secretary to the trustees of our defined benefit pension schemes.

This role can work out of our London or Bracknell office.

The individual will be accountable for the day-to-day delivery of our pension provisions and will work closely with the Benefits & Pensions Business Partner and the wider Reward team to on other benefit and reward related matters.

As a Senior Pension Analyst, some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Day-to-day administration and communication of our pension schemes including payroll, new joiners, contribution changes and scheme leavers for our UK, Jersey and Dublin company schemes.
  • Providing support to the wider Reward team on day-to-day queries and benefit administration. Be the primary contact for all pension queries from current employees, deferred and pensioner scheme members
  • Work with external stakeholders including HMRC, Pensions Regulator, scheme administrators, pension providers and actuaries on all pension scheme related matters.
  • Be secretary to the trustees of the defined benefit schemes which will include arranging meetings and supporting documentation.
  • Completing the tri-annual re-enrolment process and regulatory returns for the company scheme.
  • Completing due diligence analysis of pension arrangements of any potential acquisitions.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Good knowledge and experience of auto-enrolment, GPP pension scheme administration and an understanding of DB pension schemes
  • Strong analytical, and numerical skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous HR, Benefits and Reward experience or knowledge desirable
  • Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal skills - able to present to groups with confidence and knowledge.
