Join our team as the Group Procurement Operations Analyst and join an innovative and entrepreneurial Group Procurement (GP) team in our growing EMEA business.
You will be responsible for providing support to local EMEA business stakeholders with matters relating to supplier invoicing and payments and employee expenses. In addition, you will support the EMEA GP Sourcing team with analysis and administration support on sourcing projects to achieve Macquarie's business objectives.
You will be delivering value from a wide variety of tasks spanning supplier selection through to invoice payment and be strong at prioritising and managing demanding stakeholders. You will need strong project management, interpersonal and influencing skills as you own or support a diverse range of projects - big and small - and key stakeholders across the region.
You will thrive on the challenge of earning the trust of stakeholders in a relationship-driven organisation. You will be pro-active and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and work hard.

Core Responsibilities:
- Liaison between the business and Central Accounts Payable teams for urgent invoicing and payment matters
- Managing escalations related to EMEA Group Procurement matters / urgent tickets in ServiceNow
- Contract administration and reporting
- Analysis of spend across categories and tender analysis, incl. development of PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder engagement
- Supporting in the delivery of key projects, incl. project management and governance
- Responsible for operational functions required to support the Group Procurement
- Providing training to business stakeholders on best practices relating to supplier invoicing and employee expenses claims
Skills / experience you will bring to the role
- Strong multi-tasker who can prioritise competing tasks and stakeholders
- Experience of working within a customer service environment
- Experience of working in a procurement / sourcing / contract function and/or dealing with invoices
- Enjoys and has experience working within a fast adapting and agile work environment
- Proactive and deliverable focused, with a dedication to delivering against hard deadlines
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong data analytical capabilities
Fluent in either French or German as well as English
