The Position

Client Investment Services - EMEA, within the InvesTech Group, has an open position for a Fund Reporting Analyst based out of the London office supporting the creation and production of Wellington Management Fund Marketing materials. Producing high quality, accurate, and timely materials is one of the key aspects of providing superior service to our clients, prospects, and consultants. The Fund Reporting Team is responsible for creating, maintaining, and producing standard product-related marketing and client materials, working closely with internal, cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Compliance, Client Group, and Investment Product and Fund Strategies.


• Create new fund materials
• Compile new, or changing, fund materials
• Communicate across the business for fund materials needs and deliverables
• Update, and fact check, monthly to quarterly materials, this includes generic presentations, fund profiles, and commentaries
• Collaborate with multiple internal and cross-functional stakeholders
• Provide ad hoc assistance with fund materials required for third-party partners and for campaign, or marketing, events
• Extensive use of internal & external systems and databases, such as Factset, Morningstar, Seismic, HighGear
• Ad hoc project participation/management as a subject matter expert


• Strong academic credentials
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent quantitative and communication skills
• Proven independent self-starter and collaborator
• Ability to work on multiple assignments of high-quality work against strict, and competing, deadlines
• Positive and collegial attitude and high level of professionalism are essential
• Familiarity of systems and databases, such as Factset, Morningstar, Seismic, HighGear
• Excellent proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
