We are looking for a European Regulations specialist for our Tier 1 Investment Banking client, to support the delivery and implementation of EU Regulation projects, reporting up to senior management, with data analysis as required.

About the role

The role will involve the delivery and implementation of EU Regulation projects, reporting up to senior management, with data analysis as required. This role requires good communication and problem solving skills, in order to work effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, and getting buy-in for infrastructure and process changes. The role requires proactive management of dependencies and risks, as well as data analysis and preparation of BRD's.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong educational background - Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
  • Relevant industry experience within European Regulations, with particular knowledge of EMIR FRANFT, MiFID II, MiFIR among others, and exposure to Wholesale Market Review Consultation
  • Demonstrable record of successful project delivery within Regulatory Change
  • Prince 2/Agile would be desirable
  • Ability to manage projects, deadlines and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
