Corporate Finance Associate

Your role

You will be working with a close-knit team of corporate finance professionals in delivering client-centric solutions in various areas of expertise including corporate finance, equity and debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, equity research, and private equity.

Your responsibilities

Develop comprehensive financial models Conduct financial analysis and valuation Prepare concept papers, corporate presentations, information memorandum and other documentation required Review announcements, circulars, prospectus, press releases, legal documents and other relevant documentation Coordinate with other advisers (eg: investment bankers, solicitors, auditors) in facilitating execution of corporate exercises Undertake ad-hoc assignments to assist in various corporate proposals  

What you’ll need to succeed

Minimum a Bachelor Degree, professional qualification (eg: ACCA/CPA, CFA) is an added advantage Prior working experience in professional settings is preferred Keen understanding of financial statements, valuation and corporate exercises is an added advantage Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic and fast pace environment Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with particular attention to details Well versed in MS Office applications Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
