Senior Business Analyst - Investment Operations/Investment management/Middle office
London/Cardiff or Hove and Remote
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant you will benefits from permanent employment with Resource Solutions, and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.
The Senior Business Analyst will be experienced in business analysis and capable of overseeing and driving the early stages of projects from inception, through to delivery. The Senior Business Analyst will be able to see the bigger picture, and act as expert counsel to align Business Change ideas to the Operating Model, Architecture and Strategic themes, as well as coaching, mentoring, and guiding other analysts.
The successful candidate will have experience of either Investment Operations, Investment Management middle office and / or Middle office outsourcing.

- Business change experience
- Ability to operate in a Lean, Agile environment and is comfortable formulating and consulting on Epics across identified Value Streams
- Self-starting and inquisitive, comfortable working in complex delivery environments, with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communications skills
