Delin Property, a real estate private equity firm focused on logistics assets is hiring for an associate and an analyst to join the team. Delin is looking to grow rapidly in a market which asset prices have decreased, thus opening an opportunity to provide superior risk adjusted returns.
Delin has c. EUR 700m AuM and has ambitions to grow to c. EUR 5bn within five years. Historically the company was run as a family office, however with the introduction of new management Delin has raised a fund with third party capital and is looking at further partnering with institutional investors to grow AuM. An ideal candidate would embrace the entrepreneurial, start-up culture and be keen to take on responsibilities within the investment, asset management and finance teams. The candidate would enjoy constant exposure and tutelage from senior management, who have backgrounds in several major real estate PE houses.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of real estate logistics investments across Europe
- Support sourcing efforts of acquisitions of opportunities
- Conduct active due diligence, financial analysis and create financial models
- Work alongside finance team in budgeting and raising debt against portfolio assets and for acquisitions
- Assess lease opportunities for portfolio assets
- Prepare market research on sectors
Requirements Associate:
- 2-3 years real estate experience in a top investment firm, investment bank or consultancy firm
- Strong financial modelling and presentation skills
- Strong written and spoken communication
- Strong quantitative aptitude, proven analytical skills and logical analytical thought process; strong attention to detail
- Genuine interest in real estate investing
