  • Who we are looking for
    The Mission Control Project Manager role is part of the Mission Control Management function within Global Production Management. The Mission Control Team overall, provides a follow the sun support model to proactively coordinate and facilitate teams to resolve / mitigate any risks to business value streams and any major business or technology events.
    Mission Control work closely with all parts of the company, both the business and technology. We require a candidate with strong project management experience and with proven examples of being able to analyze value stream processes as well as being able to devise and execute on strategy.

    What you will be responsible for
    As Mission Control Project Manager / Business Analyst you will
  • Act as a primary point of contact for your project delivery, you will build enduring relationships with key business stakeholders, leveraging your understanding of the subject matter area to frame the problem in business terms.
  • Lead and participate in gathering information, evidence, facilitating workshops as part of a deliverable - including gap analysis of current vs future state.
  • Collaborate with internal or external teams to identify innovative ways to improve practices and procedures.
  • Leverage your PM and BA experience to get the job done in a pragmatic way.
  • Drive and work with RFE, SLAs or SLOs and contracts.

  • Have strong knowledge of Finance and/or Custody Domain to be able to analyze our business processes.
  • Experience in managing, planning and co-ordination of projects.
  • Possess potent communication skills (Oral & Written ).
  • Have knowledge of ITIL framework, ITSM practices and production management governance.
  • Possess a good understanding of IT infrastructure (cloud, Middleware, storage, DB, Network) and DevOps concepts.
  • Familiarity / experience with Geneos, Splunk, Jira , Dynatrace, Selenium, BA Tools, Tableau, ISM, Sailpoint , Test track , Service Now Scheduling tools (Autosys, CA7).
  • Experience and knowledge of PM and BA methodologies and tools.
  • Relevant IT, business analysis or project support experience.
  • Proven ability in researching technical, functional and business solutions.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong skills in conducting meetings, setting tasks and assigning actions.
  • Strong analysis skills with an ability to document business processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with limited supervision in a pressured team environment.

  • Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Bachelor's degree.
  • Relevant project management and / or business analyst qualifications or certifications, or attended relevant courses.

  • Additional requirements
  • ITIL Certification in Service Operations a plus.
  • Application and/or Infrastructure Support experience a plus.
  • Testing Skills a plus.
  • Nice to have previous support experience working with a programming language like C++/Java, .Net as well as any Database under windows and/or Unix operating system a plus.
  • Experience running triage/command center calls to bring all key SMEs/stakeholders to understand and resolve critical incidents/issues/problems a plus.
