We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Analyst to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant you will benefits from permanent employment with Resource Solutions, and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.
The successful candidate will join a thriving team, supporting several key workstreams within a large programme of work.

Workstreams within the programme include:
- Product and proposition
- Business readiness including the following:
- Business change
- Product approval process
- Risk and compliance engagement
- Various other activities, such as MI, redlines, Data Protection, etc.
- Finance and back office operations, including Payments (digital)
- Strategy
- Long-term strategic plan and setting ourselves up for success
Day to day responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Ensuring all document suites are updated for the new products and emails are set up correctly
- Report writing
- Presentation drafting
- Stakeholder management
- Requirements gathering
Essentials skills:
- Excellent Business Analysis skills including a mixture of both business and IT skills
- Previous experience working in an agile environment
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Solid stakeholder management
- Ready to hit the ground running
- Proactive in your approach, robust and a self-starter
- A flexible team player, comfortable with ever-changing priorities and duties
Desirables skills:
- Previous experience within the Insurance industry
- Previous experience within Product, customer or digital will be hugely beneficial to this role
- Claims experience
- Guidewire experience
- Azure DevOps experience
