Who we are looking for
As EMEA Head of GlobalLink FX Product Sales we need someone with superb leadership skills and proven strong management style to fully integrate the existing Currenex (CX), FX Connect (FXC) and Trade Nexus (TN) Product Sales teams.
The person must have strong client relationship experience and experience of dealing with client initiatives as well as managing resolution of any client facing issues.
The person needs strong analytical skills combined with knowledge of the Foreign Exchange (FX) market and having worked on FX trading platforms and post trade applications.
The person must have superb negotiation skills and be adept at managing complex client situations.

What you will be responsible for
As EMEA Head of GlobalLink FX Product Sales you will be responsible for
  • Leadership: Managing the EMEA Product Sales team and bringing together the current CX and FXC/TN product sales teams. Attendance and responsibility for updating Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) Oversight Committee.
  • Strategic: Developing EMEA Product Sales strategy and implementation plan, working closely with the Global Heads of Buy and Sell Side Product Sales. Developing and driving key projects and initiatives for example helping to deliver on post Brexit strategy and launching continental Europe product sales initiative as well as shepherding new product initiatives and roll out of web.
  • Client Relationships: Will develop senior level relationships with key EMEA GlobalLink FX clients as well as ensuring superb level of client service is delivered to all EMEA GlobalLink FX clients.
  • FX Market Influencer - attend key client forums/conferences and represent GlobalLink FX on industry panels and forums.
