About our client
Our client is a well-known, prominent international real estate fund manager. The firm is seeing consistent growth since its launch and is now looking to add a Client Relationship Associate to its Capital Markets Advisory team in London.
What the job involves
This is a newly created role to help support the team in their fundraising efforts and client relationship management. You will play a key role in supporting senior members to build and maintain client relationships, prepare investor materials, conduct investor research and manage the CRM system. While you will largely support the London team with its business activities in the European market, you will also need to collaborate and work closely with the firm's Asia and US teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional interested in real estate capital raising and client relationship management.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with the global advisory team located across London, Asia and the US
  • Arrange and organise client and investor meetings, roadshows and/or events
  • Prepare investor profiles and meeting materials
  • Prepare investor and fundraising analyses
  • Conduct market research
  • Track, organise and maintain all client information on the company's CRM system
  • Support the advisory team with meeting notes and follow-ups
  • Participate in select investor meetings
Who we are looking for
  • Strong academics with previous experience in a marketing, capital raising or investor relations role with a private equity firm, alternative asset management firm or placement agent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail under high-pressure
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and coordination and organisation skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications is required; knowledge of CRM systems is preferred
