Investment Analyst & Associate Entrepreneurial Real Estate Fund

Our client is an entrepreneurial Real Estate fund currently with €700m AUM, rising to a €1bn by the end of the year.
The London office is looking for an Investment Analyst & Associate to work within the Real Estate Investment team where you will be analysing, buying and investing into Real Estate with a focus on commercial and logistic property around Europe.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor existing investments
• Help manage existing direct and indirect real estate portfolio
• Attend meetings and support the team in various investment management activities
• Help build and maintain financial models
• Support team in analysing potential investments
• Conducting research and due diligence
• Writing investment recommendations
• Presenting to the investment team

Candidate Requirements:
• Analyst Level: Minimum 1 Internship and up to 2 years experience within an M&A or Corporate Finance team at an Investment Banking, Boutique or Big 4 (Real Estate Experience is preferred)
• Associate Level: 2-5 years Real Estate Investment banking experience from an Investment Bank, Boutique, Big 4 firm (Must be M&A or Lead/Deal Advisory) Or currently working within a Real Estate Investing role.
• Strong quantitative/modelling skills and writing ability.
• A strong academic background is required.
• Passion for Real Estate
