A candidate who can collaborate across STT/CRD products and services, who represents the STT enterprise culture traits and behaviors in order to deliver the Alpha solution to our clients. The Alpha Implementation team in EMEA reports into the Alpha Platform and Solutions team.

What you will be responsible for
As Client Services Manager you will
  • Manage client relationships and sentiment via interaction with client counterparts in maintaining service levels and addressing a wide range of business issues
  • Build strong, professional relationships with clients acting as the senior point of escalation
  • Always deliver excellent client service, proactively managing client concerns in an open and transparent manner
  • Collaborate with STT's middle and back-office operations to build strong internal relationships and provide input on opportunities to improve quality, increase productivity and tighten controls related to the service delivery model
  • Spearhead revised policies, procedures and processes
  • Demonstrate proficiency as a My.StateStreet and IMT Product Champion
  • Assist with data collection and review MIS reporting for monthly and quarterly meetings
  • Use a broad array of communication vehicles to lead client service meetings
  • Prioritize service objectives for clients and provide leadership and direction to ensure that all project deliverables and recommendations are consistent with overall corporate goals and objectives
  • Interface regularly with business and technology units to review and analyze operational challenges and technology developments. Work with business leaders across all sites and jurisdictions to achieve optimum service results and improve client sentiment
  • Review and monitor Change Management Requests from the client.
  • Be accountable for the implementation of all audit and risk assurance actions, ensuring there is a robust assessment and reporting process in place
  • Proactively manage personal development and support the development of others in the wider team
  • Adhere to internal procedures, policies and best practices at all times.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of financial services experience, in client service or relationship management capacity
  • Experience leading Service Review meetings
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end operating model for investment management
