Assistant Director, Corporate Loan Agency

Outstanding opportunity to join this expanding team in their European Head Office

Responsibilities:

Work closely with European and UK teams heads
Direct client management, networking and business promotion.
As the portfolio grows organise workflows and manage the professional development of a local team.
Liaise with institutional investors, financiers, managing acquisitions and disposals, legals, property agents etc.
Coordinate with loans administration department for client on-boarding.
Ensure reports are completed and loans are managed accordingly to strict timelines.

Skills/ Experience:

A broad understanding of Corporate Loans, Syndicated Facilities, Loan Agency and Administration
5 years+ recent experience in this area, across multiple asset classes
A track record of high-level client engagement
Recent man-management experience
Commercially minded and entrepreneurial.
