Portfolio Analyst - Renewable Energy - City of London - £55k-£75k + 40% bonus
A leading renewable energy investment firm with huge growth potential is looking for a Portfolio Analyst or Associate to join the Renewables Fund Management Team in London. You will get broad exposure to the fund management process and have genuine room to progress quickly as they continue to onboard news assets. Key duties will involve valuing portfolio investments, forecasting and calculating distributions and investor communications. This will be a perfect opportunity for somebody who already has some modelling and due diligence experience with a keen interest within the renewable sector.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely quarterly valuations, updating models and undertaking detailed assumptions reviews and checking outputs from peers.
- Risk Management
- Fund Processes and Reporting
- Debt modelling
- Financial modelling of transactions and preparation of refinancing papers
- Co-ordination with SPV Directors and senior internal stakeholders
- Review and challenge Due Diligence material
- Assist with identifying target transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in the renewable sector
- Valuations/Modelling/DCF experience
- Top Academics, ideally working towards CFA
