Derivatives Business Engagement Lead - Tech BA

We are working with a very well respected and world renowned investment bank with offices in the city of London. They have an opportunity for a VP level candidate to work with the Front office Derivatives team as a Business Engagement Lead.

This role will be suited for a BA in the Derivatives space (Mainly Vanilla products) with 4-6 years' experience, and would have end to end knowledge of Trade lifecycles etc.

On the BA side you would have experience as a product owner and working in an Agile framework. Some other tasks would be taking on the Technology Lead, Reg reporting.

Any experience in Product implementation and project lifecycles would be advantageous.

Some Skills required include:

• In depth working knowledge of Derivatives products is crucial
• Essential to have a minimum of 4-6 years demonstrated experience overseeing Front Office engagement and work item prioritisation, working within an agile framework
• Good working knowledge of agile methodologies required
• Experience in a Business Analyst role within financial organisations or software vendors essential
• Experience of front to back-office Derivatives system knowledge required
• Understanding of Derivatives products and trading environment including, but not limited to FX, IRS, TRS, CDS other derivative related products
• Understanding of bank operational processes and BAU expectations
• Understanding of EU regulatory environment: EMIR, MiFIR, BASEL-based capital / liquidity systems
