The Role: Program Manager, Sales & Marketing Engagement
The Location: London
Grade (for internal use only): Grade 11

The Team: The Sales & Marketing Engagement team, is a global team, setting strategies for information flow and engagement to enable Sales & Marketing teams to maximize impact on revenue via context for sales leadership, processes, and programs. This team provides exemplary partnership to our senior leaders while supervising programs and projects that impact our people. This team is a high-performing, dynamic and creative group always looking to try new initiatives and innovative approaches.

The Impact: As a Program Manager and a key team member enabling our Sales & Marketing department, you will lead and contribute to managing internal information flow, engagement opportunities and strategic initiatives. You will contribute your expertise and ideas to drive impact across the organization in a number of different areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy: Leading as well as contributing to strategy, key messaging, channels and presentations required for executive sessions and organizational-wide initiatives.
  • Ideation & innovation: Contribute to new ideas, tactics and approaches for reimagining engagement for impact.
  • Program Management: Executing short-term and long-term activities around key priorities of this team including town halls, all organization strategy sessions/offsites, and more.
  • Continuous Improvement: Focus on staying curious, understanding what's working and what's not and continuing to carry forward our culture and key focus areas.
What We're Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Related experience in a project or program management role, communications and/or consulting and strategy
  • Experience communicating about key initiatives and developing content for small to large scale team and leadership sessions
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to speak fluently to senior executives
  • A global mindset and experience working with operational center teams
  • Independent thinker and operator, able to self-define ideas and execute against them using a strong influencer network
  • Strong organization, administration, and interpersonal skills
  • Building connections across teams to meet project milestones and drive collaboration and innovation.
  • Seeks broad input and feedback; employs frequent and effective follow-up.
  • Dedicated, responsible, collaborative, and perfectly persistent with excellent presence and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple levels and multiple functions of an organization, and strengthen collaboration among diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and curiosity to ensure and continue to purse excellence and efficiency.
  • Experience developing, executing, measuring, and iterating on programs at scale
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience applying basic graphics skills and coordinating unified presentations
