Senior Analyst / Investment Analyst, Real Estate, Asset Management, London

The role will focus on the entire process of investment activity within real estate, including monitoring and reporting on the portfolio and underwriting of new investments, working closely with both internal and external parties.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring exisiting funds and supporting the management of direct assets
• Collaborate with third party investment managers to evaluate performance and changes in value for investments
• Organise investment reports working with external investment managers
• Prepare compliance documents
• Manage the on-balance sheet assets for the company's clients
• Study and identify potential real estate opportunities across a range of markets globally
• Conduct market research and peer group analysis in a range of markets
• Aid in due diligence and underwriting of both direct and indirect real estate investment opportunities in the UK and abroad
• Support the development of the strategy and its implementation across the portfolio
• Support investment modelling activities

Requirements:

• Experience as a real estate analyst within investment management
• Good knowledge of asset allocation
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills such as real estate underwriting and financial modelling
• CFA, CAIA or Chartered Surveyor qualifications desirable
• Good understanding of the real estate market in the UK and globally
