Our client is a leading, independent asset manager focused on private debt and direct lending to European mid-market companies. They have seen exponential growth in recent years and are now looking to add an Analyst / Associate to their Investor Relations team. In this role, you will work across all aspects of IR, from updating existing clients to supporting capital raising efforts and creating bespoke reports. You'll develop a deep understanding of the private debt industry and launch your career in investor relations, learning from some of the best professionals in the industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work as a team to develop and update front-line presentations and other marketing collateral
  • Creating bespoke reports for investor updates, responding to RFPs and any other ad-hoc requests
  • Managing the CRM system and coordinating IR related documentation
  • Liaising with the investment team to understand investment activity within the fund and its effect on clients
  • Respond to inbound investor queries in a timely manner coordinating with the relevant teams as necessary
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Educated to degree level with investment banking experience in a capital market, M&A, leveraged finance or other relevant team. Or other relevant financial background i.e. lead advisory, asset management or investor relations
  • Competent with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Highly numerate with the ability to understand performance indicators
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Additional European language would be beneficial
  • You will enjoy developing concise and eloquent written messages and have the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
  • Keen interest in private markets - prior credit / debt experience would be a plus
  • A hard worker who can take ownership of their output whilst demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
