The BA will work closely with the Technology Business Director in understanding requirements/pain points from the business following our recent Aladdin implementation.

The BA will manage the business stakeholders for required enhancements, additional training needs and also input into additional stages of our Core Systems Review project.

Key responsibilities are to:
  • Advise on Aladdin system usage for Derivatives Products in particular
  • Help solution and bring issues to closure
  • Help validate the end-to-end investment business processes
  • Help validate the teams' operational readiness
  • Train/knowledge handover with BAU support teams in relation to Configuration /Set up etc
  • Support the Business Teams and Application support team post go live period.


To be considered for this role you will need:
  • Aladdin experience gained during an implementation project at an asset manager
  • Detailed understanding of the trade lifecycle and end to end investment processes
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Attention to detail and discipline
  • Experience of supporting the application across multiple user groups at business and technical levels
  • Experience in configuring the Aladdin application using self-service tools
  • Very good business relationship, communication, and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to influence
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Understands and recognises the crucial importance of collaboration and communication to achieve given tasks
  • Understands Agile ways of working
  • Well versed in constructing requirements as user stories in a way that support an iterative delivery approach
