About our client
We are working with a global growth equity investor focused on investing in and building leading growth companies. Currently looking to add a high calibre Analyst or Associate to its investor relations team in London. The candidate will work closely with members of their global investor relations team across Europe, North America and Asia while working with other professionals across the firm (including the investment, finance & accounting, legal, marketing and portfolio teams) to facilitate fundraising processes and investor relations requests.
What the job involves
  • Development of marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, AGMs and ad hoc investor communications
  • Produce market research, competitor analysis and presentations for internal strategic meetings
  • For existing investors, you will be expected to get involved in the preparation of investor communications and managing ad-hoc requests
  • Assisting in developing and preparing for annual investor events and conferences (including preparation of presentation materials, agenda, outreach, and meeting schedules)
Who we are looking for
  • Excellent academic track record from top-tier institution is essential
  • Experience within placement agent, investment bank, lead advisor or asset manager
  • Technically minded and proficient in understanding financial / performance terminology
  • Faultless written and verbal English language skills
  • Knowledge of and a curiosity in the private equity landscape
