One of the premier real estate investment managers in the west end has recently launched its most exciting fund and is now looking to hire a Senior Fund Accountant.
The role is broad and the ideal step up for candidates at the Fund Accountant level. The position will leverage your skills and knowledge while providing you with challenges, new experiences and the opportunity to develop. In addition, you will get exposure to all aspects of the finance function across many funds and be responsible for periodic reporting on their SPVs. Some of the responsibilities include:
Preparation of the monthly management reporting for each SPV and the assets it owns under local and group reporting GAAPs.
The candidate best suited for this position would be a qualified accountant (0-2 years PQE), working as a Fund Accountant either from a competitor real estate fund or from a third party administrator looking for a step up in responsibility and remuneration,

Preparation of the monthly management reporting for each SPV and the assets it owns under local and group reporting GAAPs.
- Preparation of detailed and high-quality monthly variance analysis.
- Preparing year-end financial statements and assisting with year-end audits.
- We are assisting with the tax compliance for each SPV, including quarterly VAT reporting.
- Liaising with 3rd party providers to ensure timely and high-quality reporting delivery.
- Cash management, including monthly distributions.
- Supporting the treasury team with lender covenant reporting.
- Working with the Asset Manager to provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Adhoc finance tasks and project work as requested.
