About our client
Our client is a highly capitalised, newly established and rapidly growing single-family office. Their team invests on a pan-European scale, and their strategy includes fund investments, co-investments, and direct investments into individual assets.
They are looking for an Investment Analyst or Associate to join the team, to assist in the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lean and growing team, and gain invaluable investment experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

What the job involves

• Evaluation of fund investment opportunities, direct investments and co-investments
• Leading comprehensive due diligence processes and managing detailed financial reviews
• Designing and developing financial models
• Preparing investment memoranda, business plans and valuation reports
• Analysing historical investment performance, portfolio company performance, financial statements, financial models, and industry research
• Monitoring existing portfolio investments

Who we are looking for

• Investment or corporate finance experience, focused on monitoring of private and public markets investments
• Superior analytical skills and structured thinking with the ability to relay complex ideas in a plain and clear manner
• Excellent Excel proficiency and familiarity with corporate modelling best practices
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and start up team with conflicting deadlines
• Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
