Morgan McKinley has a Sales Account Manager role working for a very well established business based in Brighton. This is a permanent Sales Account Manager job opportunity for someone with proven Customer Service - Key Account, Account Management experience that can look after and retain a portfolio of key clients, servicing and managing the relationships of key customer accounts as well as eventually developing a sales team.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Plus Company Bonus & Benefits

Location: Brighton, Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 from home.

Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with a key focus on customer experience within your portfolio of customers
  • Attending face to face meetings with customers
  • To manage activity across the sales funnel with a B2B & B2C focus
  • Maintain relationships with existing and new organisations and indirect clients
  • Research prospective eligible organisations based on agreed targeting strategy
  • Identify key decision maker contacts, evaluating their role in target organisations
  • Liaise with existing clients to update marketing materials hosted on their intranet and inform them of new promotions & brand campaigns
  • Deliver key improvements to business development to support strategic changes
  • Full ownership and accountability for the monthly delivery of the product for those high value customers
  • Manage and resolve both internally and externally raised queries
  • Manage all complaints and escalations received from your customers
  • Continually identifying improvements to the service delivery

Skills and experience required:
  • Proven experience working in a similar Account Management / Sales / Customer Account Management, Key Accounts type role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Experience in managing relationships
