Job Description
Morgan McKinley have partnered with one of Europe's largest Asset Managers to hire a Senior Events Executive to their busy Events Team.

The Senior Events Executive will plan, manage & deliver market leading events and elevate client's experience for this leading AM firm across their extensive events portfolio.

Main responsibilities of the Senior Events Executive:

• Support delivery of events portfolio including specialist industry conferences, exhibitions, fund manager lunches & dinners, breakfast seminars, roadshows and more.
• End to end management of proprietary events across UK & Europe
• Focus on management of overall brand presence at events
• Support Senior Events Manager on delivering strategic projects
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business & with external event suppliers
• End to end budget management
• Produce all event related event collateral
• Provide post event evaluation, ROI & budget analysis

Key skills & experience of the Senior Events Executive

• Event management experience in UK & Europe - ideally in asset management or financial services
• Proven ability to deliver multiple projects with multiple stakeholders against tight deadlines
• Experience using Salesforce to track the success of event campaigns - beneficial
• Understanding of regulations & legislation in UK around events for the investment industry
• Strong communications skills
• Willingness to travel for events as required
