Associate Director - Corporate Finance

My client, a Corporate Finance boutique focused purely on sell-side M&A is expanding for an experienced M&A Associate Director to join their culture-focused, successful team in London.

Responsibilities:

• Confidence to run and manage own projects
• Act as right hand to the head of the team
• Perform extensive financial/valuation analyses to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
• Perform due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of potential and live transactions
• Assist in the development, production and delivery of proposals and presentations to clients and prospects
• Mentor and review junior bankers work to ensure best practice as well as develop the staff
• Pitch to clients and win new business with the team
• Build strong, long-lasting client relationships

The Candidate:

• ACA qualified from a top Accountancy firm
• 4+ years of experience, with demonstrable end-to-end M&A deal experience
• Passionate about sell-side M&A
• Excellent analytical and modelling skills
• Motivated to develop long term career
• Exceptional communication, teamwork and leadership skills
• Excited by mentoring junior bankers
