Responsibilities:
- Confidence to run and manage own projects
- Act as right hand to the head of the team
- Perform extensive financial/valuation analyses to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
- Perform due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of potential and live transactions
- Assist in the development, production and delivery of proposals and presentations to clients and prospects
- Mentor and review junior bankers work to ensure best practice as well as develop the staff
- Pitch to clients and win new business with the team
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships
The Candidate:
- ACA qualified from a top Accountancy firm
- 4+ years of experience, with demonstrable end-to-end M&A deal experience
- Passionate about sell-side M&A
- Excellent analytical and modelling skills
- Motivated to develop long term career
- Exceptional communication, teamwork and leadership skills
- Excited by mentoring junior bankers
